Phone Call Permission problem

Hi,

I have created two employees i.e. employee1 & employee2 having group employee for company1. I logged in using employee1 and added new phone call & it's permission is public. Then I logout & again logeed in as employee2. But i am not able to see the phone call record of employee1.

Kishor,
Calendar, Phone Calls and To Do list uses filters - by default you will see only your own items. However when you switch the filter you can see public and public-read only records of other users. You have a choice:
  • my records
  • all records
  • drop-down list of individual employees
  • custom filters - where you can define a group of employees
